We require a $50.00 deposit on each cottage/room booked.
Any cancellation or date change needs to be made a minimum of 72 Hours prior to the check in date (excluding tour groups and operators) to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the deposit.
Cancellation of group bookings requires 28 days notice (in writing/by phone/by email) before check in or tour departure. If less than 28 days, all deposits paid will be forfeited.
If tours are cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues or minimum numbers are not met, an alternative day or tour will be offered at no extra cost to the person who made the booking. If an alternative tour is not suitable or cannot be offered, any monies paid for the cancelled tour will be refunded.
The liability of Corinna Wilderness Experience arising from any cancellations of accommodation or tour bookings by Corinna Wilderness Experience or a third party tour operator is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably considered by Management to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges.
- Be likely to cause damage to the property/equipment or other guests.
- Exhibit socially unacceptable behavior.
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal.
