“The following Terms and Conditions apply to your stay and/or your activity at Corinna Wilderness Village.”
ACCOMMODATION & CAMPSITES:
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation and campsites at Corinna Wilderness Village. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them. Where indicated, minimum stay conditions may apply to accommodation options. Corinna Wilderness Village will endeavour to provide the accommodation, but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or cancel bookings last minute. A deposit is required of the first night charge for each cottage/campsite booked in order to guarantee a booking, and may be expected in order to hold a booking in any way. No booking is guaranteed without a deposit. By providing a deposit or full payment, you warrant that you have the authority to use the payment method selected at the time of payment and you authorise Corinna Wilderness Village to allocate any payments as necessary. Due to the location and the experiences on offer, it is recommended to stay two or three nights. Any cancellation or date change needs to be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the check in date to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the deposit. Any cancellation made outside 72 hours will incur a $25 cancellation administration fee. Corinna is a high demand property and bookings are required. To keep in line with our “at home in the wilderness” mindset, accommodation numbers are kept to a minimum. There are only 20 cottages and 10 camp sites, so forward bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. All accommodation is subject to availability.
TOURS & ACTIVITIES:
These terms and conditions apply to tours (activities) at Corinna Wilderness Village. By making a booking for an activity, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them. Corinna Wilderness Village will endeavour to operate the activity, but reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time should they decide that participation in an activity is in any way unsafe, or for any other reason which is at the discretion of the provider, whether this is evident to passengers/participants or not. Should an activity not proceed due to weather conditions, passenger numbers, skipper availability or any other form of force majeure, then passengers/participants will either be re-booked at the earliest possible guaranteed time at their convenience, taking into account available places, or they will be provided with a full refund of any monies paid (minus any booking fees paid). Full payment is preferred for each activity booked, and a booking is only guaranteed upon full payment. By providing a deposit or full payment, you warrant that you have the authority to use the payment method selected at the time of payment and you authorise Corinna Wilderness Village to allocate any payments as necessary. Changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to the activity at the providers discretion with no charges applied. Cancellations may incur charges. Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the activity departure or risk losing any payments made. Changes within 24 hours of the activity departure are not permitted. There are only limited places and/or resources for each activity, so forward bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. All participants/passengers must arrive to check-in for their activity at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrival or non-attendance will result in non-admittance to the activity and no refund will be provided. If you are sick and cannot make your session time you are required to give as much notice as feasible. It will be at the discretion of the provider as to whether any refund will be applicable. The liability of Corinna Wilderness Village arising from any cancellations or amendments of activity bookings by Corinna Wilderness Village or any other provider is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking. All activities are subject to availability.
GROUP BOOKINGS & OPERATORS:
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation, campsites and activities at Corinna Wilderness Village. By making a booking for any service for yourself or others, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them. Where indicated, minimum stay conditions may apply to accommodation options. Corinna Wilderness Village will endeavour to provide the accommodation and operate any activities, but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or cancel bookings last minute. A deposit is required from any operators who do not have an account in order to guarantee a booking, and may be expected in order to hold a booking in any way. Account holders do not need to pay any deposits, but are bound by the same terms and conditions. No booking is guaranteed without a deposit. By providing a deposit or full payment, you warrant that you have the authority to use the payment method selected at the time of payment and you authorise Corinna Wilderness Village to allocate any payments as necessary. Due to the location and the experiences on offer, it is recommended to stay two or three nights. FORCE CONDITIONS OF USE:
Corinna Wilderness Village reserves the right to refuse a booking and/or entry to any part of the property or any private facilities at any time from any person reasonably considered by Management or any other staff member to be either:

Not be the person named on the booking request; and/or

Not be the person named on the credit card/bank account or not be authorized to use the payment method selected.

Any person/s deemed likely to cause any form of disruption whatsoever to other guests, staff or native life.
